Hello, my name is John, and along with my wife Margaret, I own and manage Quicksilver Driving School which we established in 2003.

I have been instructing at various levels for over 7 years and have a wealth of experience having helped a wide variety of pupils to pass not only their “L-Test” but to go on to higher standards of driving excellence.

Since 1986 my career has been in training  - initially as Sales Training Manager for two large British companies and more recently in the Driving profession as a DSA Approved Driving Instructor and, for the last 4 years a first class grade 6 Registered Instructor Trainer.

You can be sure of two things – customer service of the highest quality and top grade lessons – you’ll learn quickly and enjoy the journey.

I use all of the local test centres including Bury, Nelson, Blackburn, Bolton and Rochdale so you’re never far from home on your test.
